  • Problem with mobile extension


    I've configured the Mobility Router and enabled Mobility Access to individual users (by checking Allow Enhanced Mobility with Extension - it creates a new extension and a 'SIP phone' ).

    But it just lets me dial out using the RoamAnywhere client on my iPhone if I select that new 'SIP phone' as the Primary Phone. If I have my desk IP phone selected as the primary phone, it will not let me dial out on my mobile phone.

    Isn't there any way of having the 2 phones (desk and mobile phones) working and being able to dial out at the same time?

    In the SMR, on the user page, what SIP username and password do you have set there? The primary phone? Or, The mobility ext.?
