  • Mobility issue with incoming calls

    We have the Mobility Router set up and configured. Users can connect with the app, and we can make outgoing calls without issue. However, incoming calls are not routed to the mobile client. I am not sure what we could be missing.

      Sadly it is not working yet. And it seems our partner has gone radio silent.

        I would make sure you off system extension lists match your mobility access number list and that each user has the correct matching mobile extension in director.
