  • Is there a way to add additional numbers to every contact in the employee directory?

    I'm having some trouble updating the employee directory, so I'm turning to you guys for some help. I want to add everyone in my office's cell phone number to their contact, but I'm not having much luck. Has anyone successfully done this?

    Go to Director then Administration then System Directory, click on the user and input the number as shown in the Cell Phone field.

      Hi Marah, I've looked at that shoretel page earlier, but I couldn't find much about adding cell phone numbers (having two numbers under one contact).

      Hi Allano, I'm having trouble following your steps. I don't see a field for Director/administration in the portal. I started from the home page and the employee directory, but no dice. Sorry, but could you tell me where you started in the portal to find these fields?
