  • Do Not Ring Mobility Sends Call to Voicemail Login Prompt

    I implemented Mobility on our in house 14.2 system and recently upgraded to Connect with Connect MR 9.0 (In a VM). We plan to get our Mobility Cert and wanted to have a bench system. According to the user guides for IOS and Android, a user can enable "Do Not Ring Mobility" in the app to stop the Simul Ring and only have the desk phone ring. When we do this on either type of mobile device, the system goes straight to the VM login prompt and asks for the voicemail password. The user that is being called will see the call pop in the connect client and then disappear. This happened in 14.2 and now in Connect. I'm sure it's a routing setup issue but I can figure out where it can be. I am hoping someone else has run into this and has a quick solution.
