  • What are the topics for this thread?

I don't mean to sound like too much of a pedant, but I guess I will by asking this anyway :death: :
Is this the right place to post questions about Mobile Call Manager / Mobile Communicator?
Is it considered part of ShoreTel Mobility or a standard ShoreTel application?
You can have ShoreTel Mobile Communicator without the ShoreTel Mobility product and ShoreTel Mobility doesn't need Mobile Communicator.

When you say ShoreTel Mobility are you referring to the ShoreTel Roam anywhere client used with ShoreTel Mobility Router (previously Agito)?

Yes, ShoreTel Roam Anywhere Client is part of ShoreTel Mobility.

But Mobile Call Manager or Communicator for Mobile is not part of ShoreTel Mobility it is a "Standard ShoreTel" feature. Given the name of the thread, is Communicator for Mobile off topic?

Would it not be easier to use anything that uses "mobility", so anything from external assignment to the Communicator client, goes in here?

        Just a thought.

        Thanks,
        Jamie

As Dave pointed out, ShoreTel considers MCM a part of core functionality. "Mobility" is specifically the ShoreTel Mobility Router and its associated packages.
