How can we notify users that they forgot to "End Wrap Up"
Operators extend wrap up and then forget to "End Wrap Up" after writing up a file. Some remain on wrap for long periods. Is there a way to notify users after 5 or 10 minutes that they are still on wrap? A pop-up window would be ideal.
Connect ECC can do a pop-up to a webpage of your own design when the agent enters wrap-up for a selected service. You can design the web-page with a timer that would grab the agent's attention when it reaches a given value and start flashing the page or browser tab, maybe even play an audio file.
