  • Auto logout agents end of business day

    Is it possible to have agents logged out of the ECC automaically if they forgot to logout themselves ? For example in the evening at 7 pm or something ?

    It is not, you can set logout on unanswered call which will eventually log them all out if calls are still coming in, but there is no way to schedule it.

      Thanks for the reply. But that option is only available for Workgroups isn't it ? Not in the ECC.
