  • Ignite email issues with Contact Center 8.1.2.0

    I have a customer that is having Ignite email issues after updating their PC's to Windows 10. They can no longer load emails or reply from emails in the Ignite App. they are using Contact Center 8.1.2.0. I assume that updating to Windows 10 is the base issue, but on other sites I noticed that Mitel had "Hotfixes" for issues resulting from the Windows 10 update, but I do not see anything specific for Ignite emails and for 8.1.2.0 specifically. Any help with this will be greatly appreciated.
