  • Scheduled Callbacks Caller ID

    Hi,

    We currently use the ECC Scheduled Callback feature and would like to know if there is a way to change the Caller ID when the outbound call is made. Is there a way to do this?

    You would have to check on the entity that actually makes the call (an IRN / route point I think) and determine if you can control the outbound CLID on that.

      Were you able to change the caller ID number? Route points don't have a caller ID field, so I'm a bit stuck on this myself.
      Edit: found it under IRN options.
