  • Logic Switch - Ave Queue Time

    Whats the best way to play a message to customers about high call volume when the Ave queue time or queue time reaches 180 seconds. I was looking at the Logic switch and see average wait time as an option but how do I configure the wait to trigger a message? Do I simply put in the time in seconds to the right of the great than = to option?

    Have you tried using a logic switch if wait time is greater than 180s play a greeting if not play silence instead
