  • Realtime DNIS reporting in Agent Manager

    Hi All,

    So I know that there 's the option of a "Brief DNIS Report" available in ShoreTel Agent manager, how can I show a Daily total? We are moving away from multiple groups and going to 1 group with skills based routing but I can't see anyway to get a ongoing count of answered calls for a particular skill.

    anyone got any work arounds? I know we can run a historic report but we want to see that figure on our boards

    currently on ecc 9 build 506.9.1600 and will be going to connect shortly - but as far as I can see there's no improvement going forward.
