Does anyone know what is sprocess.exe and why it restarted the server?

sprocess.exe is the actual "Activate" window. It is in charge of starting all of the other Contact Center process, as well as rebooting the service and/or server if one of its required child processes crashes.

Unfortunately it didn't exactly state why in the event log. You can try looking in <ECC Path\log\BSW-EOS\supinitstop.log. It usually shows such things. Otherwise it will take digging through the logs themselves for the event.

What ECC build are you on? The latest release of the new 5.1 build had a bug where if you added a call profile it would reboot the server like that.
