  • Users complaining of being dropped from Agent Toolbar - Contact Center

    We have agents that claim that they have logged into the Contact Center through agent toolbar, but the system is logging them off. I am aware that they can be forced released or the system will log them out if they completely miss a call center call, but are there any other situations where an agent might be kicked off of the call center automatically?

      Agent Toolbar logout

      If there is any connectivity lost between the contact center server and the physical switch the agent would be logged out. As the previous response suggested this can occur if there is a break in the TAPI connectivity between the ECC Server and the Telephony Server for the agent(s) in question.
