  • Report for Workgroup and Voice mail

    Is there a way to run a report to see how often calls are ending up in voice mail for a workgroup?
    Also, within the same workgroup is there a report to see how often phones rollover to other phones or get a RNA?
    We are running 9.1 only have Personal Call Manager

    This information is available in the CDR data, but there is no report which will show all of it. The to voice mail can be found on the Workgroup Service Level Summary report.

      Well since this is in the Contact Center sub-forum, the answer is yes, its called Call Center. Otherwise, there is no way in Shoretel.
