  • Call Manager 9.1/Shoretel-SalesForce adapter on Windows 7?

Does anyone know if there are any gotchas to using the ShoreTel-Salesforce.com Call Adapter under Windows 7? My reseller is telling me that there are some gotchas to using Call Manager 9.1 under Windows 7, but it appears to work just fine.

However, when using the Salesforce.com CTIA adapter, I am unable to use the "click to dial: function within a browser. I am a member of the appropriate Call Center in Salesforce.com, and softphone functionality is enabled for my account. The adapter appears to install without issue, but that doesn't necessaril mean that it works properly.

    Any ideas or comments?
