  • Upgrade from CC to ECC how to?????

    I have a customer that is on 4.66.05 and they originally purchased the lite version of CC. They now have purchased and upgrade to go to ECC. All we received from Shoretel was the .CIF file. Is there anything else to the process other than coping the file to the BIN folder and allowing the server lock device to pull the update?

    Will I have to re-install the CC install?

    Any advice would be nice.

    ECC reads the CIF file and deletes it. If you put it in the directory and it disappeared, you are done. Just restart ECC and you will get all the extra features. No re-install required
