  • Auditing ECC COntact Center Director Log In

    We are currently running ECC 4.66 but we will be upgrading to 5 this weekend. Is there a way in ECC 5 that I can see when my supervisors log into the Contact Center Director? I don't need to know what changes they made, although it would be nice. I do want to be able to checks logs and see when various supervisors have logged into the CC Director though.

    Is this still on the ShoreTel wish list?

    In CCA 5.0 there is a way to know which supervisors are connected and what their IP's are through a GUI interface on the supervisor console. This is the traffic light console that only existed on the server before. Now you can run it on supervisor stations.
