  • Logging in agents

    Is anyone integrated Call Manager w/Agent toolbar. Just installed CC and this doesn't seem to work every time they log in. Sometimes it comes right up,other times it says "system unavailable". Any ideas?

    what version of ECC are you using?
    What is the ShoreWare version?

      8.1 on Shoreware.5.0 on CC.

        Well, to be sure I would need to know the build version for both ECC and ShoreWare but generally speaking, 8.1 should work great with ECC and PCM integration.
        One other thing. To you have CC or ECC?

          8.1 13.2504 and as I stated I have CC!!
