  • Login/Logout Status

    I've been looking around for a while on this and haven't found any solution.

    As an agent in a contact center I have no indication on my phone to tell me if I'm logged in or not.

    I have a button programmed as 'Agent Login' and one for 'Agent Logout' but sadly, neither light comes on to indicate status (that would be my ideal).

    Does anyone know of a way to have notification on the screen of the phone?

    Unfortunately the PBX does not know anything about agent states in ECC. So you can make a speed dial that calls an IRN to log an agent in, but to the PBX it is just a speed dial button.
