    We had a problem with this and after going back to TAC, they just reconfigured the connection and it started working.

    In the same tab where you define the CCIR information (System->interfaces) you should see a DB connections tab. There you can define your connection to the C2G DB. If this is disabled, it is a defect and I suggest you contact ShoreTel support.

    Hi,

    We just installed a ShoreTel system with Contact Center Director - Lite, Version: 5.00.03.0000. On the "system" tab, it says that C2G is enabled, but the database connection is "not defined." We're wondering if we need the Enterprise Version to be able to "define" the connection. Can anyone confirm this?
