We just installed a ShoreTel system with Contact Center Director - Lite, Version: 5.00.03.0000. On the "system" tab, it says that C2G is enabled, but the database connection is "not defined." We're wondering if we need the Enterprise Version to be able to "define" the connection. Can anyone confirm this?
