  • Conf Bridge and 12.1

Has anyone upgraded ShoreTel to 12.1 with a conference bridge? Any issues or problems come up from it?

We upgraded our inhouse system to 12.1 . We don't use the conference bridge much but it seems to be working ok when I tested it.

Great - thanks. I'm hoping we upgrade to the SA-100, BUT the need isn't very well justified as of now...

The Converged Conferencing Bridge is not supported by ShoreTel once you reach 12.1GA or better. You need to upgrade to an SA-100 for continued support.

We upgraded from a Converged Conference Bridge to an SA-100 and the SA-100 is worlds better. It's so much better integrated and easier than the Converged Conf. Bridge

So if we upgrade to 12.1 the CB will still work but it won't be supported correct ???? We have a customer that has the CB but needs to upgrade to 12.1 in order to move to the SA-100, old CB will still work right???

              Alex,

That seems odd even though the build notes for 12.1 show ShoreTel Conference Bridge Version 7.1.3b4657-3 and 12.2 ShoreTel Conference Bridge Version 7.1.3b4657-32 are listed as being supported? Will the conference bridge still work after the upgrade?
