  • Conf bridge / partition 81%

    Hello,
Is it normal for this kind of disk usage?
I have 2 bridges that I have access to. One is / 81% full and the other is 71% full.
I didn't think that anything was stored on these bridges.
Could these just be logs filling up?
    Thanks,
    Chris

How can I clear out all the logs and maybe other files?

    This guide
says to "Check to see what can be removed to free up space."

    Thank you,
    Chris

If the bridge is offline, but on, it will fill up it's logs. You will have to call ShoreTel, who will have to call Alcatel to clear the logs.

Yes, we had to call ST and they called their "support team" who came in and ran some commands to clear it up. The default installation is in the high 70% range used... Weird...

I'm sorry for bringing up a dead thread.
We recently got the "Low disk space" alert for the / (root) partition over the weekend.
Received instructions from a ShoreTel TAM on how to clear logs.
I cleared the logs and rebooted the server, but that did not change anything.

I just wanted to know if anyone else might have a way to clear it.

          Thanks
