Ive setup call handling modes for outlook and shoretel call manager.
I get the Call Handling Mode tab on meetings I create and therefore can select the "in a meeting" option.
I can't however access the call handling modes on meetings that are sent to me by another coworker. I would imagine I should be able to set my call handling automatically to "in a meeting" whether I create the meeting or not.
Am I missing an option somewhere?
