Is anybody aware of a way to make dial string pauses work with with Shoretel Call Manager? For example, I have a contact on my cell phone that dials our main number and logs into my voicemail box.
ex.
[main number] PAUSE [*extension] PAUSE [password#]
I would like to be able to do this from the call manager, but from what I have found on the Shoretel site it is not supported via the speed dial function. I was wondering if anyone has succesfully done this with an outlook contact that is imported into the call manager. I tried using commas with an outlook contact but have been unsuccesful thus far. Any suggestions or comments are greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
