    Audiocodes MP-112 with Shoretel 7.5

    Hello there,

    We got a customer with a Shoretel 220E1 switch.

    The customer want's to use a analog fax machine with his Shoretel system.
    The problem is the 220E1 switch has no analog ports.....

    Is it possible to install the fax machine with a AudioCodes MP-112 VOIP gateway with a SIP trunk?

    Are there other options to use a analog fax machine with this Shoretel configuration??

    I installed a fax server with a Mediatrix Sip box, so it can be done, I'm sure. Shoretel has documentation on utilizing the Mediatrix, not sure about the Audiocodes though...haven't looked.

      Check the audiocodes website... There is actually a document that describes using exchange for voicemail with shoretel via an audiocodes box. It might provide some insight.

        I found the documentations about the exchange server with the AudioCodes box but that did't help me much.
