What level of integration are you looking to accomplish? There is information on integration with Exchange 2007 (requires a gateway).

Got my hands on Shoretel 8 Beta and need any kind of documentation on how to get OCS 2007 to work with this rev.

Where are you getting stuck? We got ours setup and IM working but there are some bugs that cause it to constantly disconnet and reconnect at the PCM level.

          Office Communications Server

I'm also looking for technical information on configuring OCS 2007 with ShoreTel. I'm running ShoreTel 7.5.
I was told by my Vendor that there isn't going to be full integration until 8.0 later this June (for Canada).
But I still want to play around with it.

Does anyone know what these feilds are/mean?

          Server URI
          Line URI

I found the syntax for Line URI to be:
          Tel:8057

In this example I just used my office extension. But it will accept any number so long as it hasn't been enter on another user.

I'd like to know the correct way to configure Line URI and Server URI.

I've attached a screen of this config window.

We also have Shoretel 8.0 and OCS 2007. The director can ping the OCS server, and we got the user names correct, but it doesn't accept the password either.

Our OCS server use's the same credentials as our domain login, so I know I'm using the correct password, but not sure what else it could be.

On our OCS 2007 server, I've set RTC to "allow" in the Client Version Filter.

Under the server Front End properties, there's no TLS setting, but there is a MTLS setting (though there is a way to add TLS seperate).

I noticed in ST KB 10063 it says to remove TLS. Does anyone know if MTLS could cause a problom with password authentication with CM 8.0?
