I had a little bit of extra time on my hands yesterday and noticed that there was a WebEx conference covering the understanding of speech recognition. I was actually the only person attending the conference so it was almost like a personal demonstration just for me. If you haven't seen the Speech Bridge and you're interested in speech recognition for ShoreTel then I recommend that you try to attend one of these conferences. I was very impressed by the features and the ease of setup, it's almost like it was built by ShoreTel themselves. It includes full integration with AD and Exchange. If anybody has had a chance to work with the speech bridge I'd like to hear your comments and what your experience was like with setting it up.
