  • Predictive Dialer Interface Q

    Prospect has a predictive dialer made by DAKCS. I am planning to use an SBE220/T1 with a Telco PRI + a T1K configured as TIE lines to the DAKCS Unit. According the the manufacturer, the DAKCS calls the agent first (WG pilot number or ext), then dials the telephone number and essentially creates a conference call.

    1. Any opinions on connecting the 2 systems in this manner? I have a funny feeling that there is a gotcha in here somewhere and I am just not seeing it.

    2. The agent is always connected, and sits and waits for the system to complete a call, then will create a conference.

    3. Other than trunking resources, what other things should I take into consideration for my configuration?
