  • Numera Footprints

    Has anyone successfully integated Numera Footprints with the Shoretel ECC?

    We have not integrated with this specific software, but we have integrated with several web-based CRM packages. What type of integration are you looking for?

      ODBC integration for screen pops when user navigates through the ECC and they get an agent. We have a "user guide" that makes it seem easy but just looking to see if anyone has done integration specifically with this sofware for an "ins and outs" there may be.

        According to information Numera sent me, the screen popping might be done natively by Numera or it definitely can be done via ShoreTel's EasyPop application or via a custom application. For anything beyond that, the documentation was not clear, but they do seem to provide some manner of SDK which may allow for further customization.
