We have a GN 9350 headset with Shoretel 8.1 and 565G phones. Called tech support for GN/Jabra which ended once I told them I could hear music through the headset.
I've switched preferences in call manager to headset and wireless headset but can't get the headset to work. I can hear ringing through the headset but no voice either from myself or the caller.
Any ideas?
