    Polycom IP 7000 can't dial extra digits after call is connected

    I'm running ShoreTel 8.1 Build 13.24.2504.0


    I have a Polycom IP 7000 setup using digit map [2-9]11|0T|011xxx.T|91[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|9[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|[1-8]xxxT

    My problem is that once a call is connected, someone calling a conference bridge or getting to some other IVR/ACD, the IP 7000 is not sending out the dial tones to "select 1 for support" etc.


    Anyone have any suggestions?

    I just ran into the same thing and it turned out we had to upgrade the IP7000. It needs to be on at least 3.1.2.

      I had the same issue and upgraded to the latest version as well, and it fixed the issue.

        I installed a Polycom IP 7000 and local/US dialing works fine. Dialing international, 9011<number>, works if I put in the number and then place the call. If I get dial tone first it only dials 90. I get operator message from the telco. I'm using the dial string posted above. What do I need to change to get it working correctly? Any help would be great.
