    Shoretel SDK

    We recently started using Shortel phone system in our company and want to link it with our CRM system. I appreciate if someone can guidde me with an example (preferebly in VB.net)

    Which CRM System are you running and what are you wanting to do ?

    Such as are you wanting to pop a CRM record when call is presented to a station user?

      The ShoreTel SDK comes with a sizable number of examples. Unless you want to use pure TAPI, I would recommend you purchase the SDK, as it also includes a COM object which makes it easy to access ShoreTel from most programs.

        Many thanks. We have been thinking to buy the ShoreTel SDK. I just want to know that is there anything on the sdk to help building an interface on Terminal server for call handling?
