  • Polycom IP7000 on Version 8.1

Has anyone connected a Polycom IP7000 to a Shoretel running version 8.1. I have it connected and running but the problem is that when you created dial tone and dial a outside number it does not send out all the digits. If you do not create the Dial tone and just dial the number and press dial it works fine?

    IP 7000 Polycom

This was an issue for both the IP 6000 and IP 7000. You will have to modify the digit map to the following:

    Digitmap
Must change to the following otherwise dialed numbers will be truncated

    [2-9]11|0T|011xxx.T|91[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|9[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|[1-8]xxxT
[2-9]11|0T|011xxx.T|91[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|9[2-9]xxxxxx|[1-8]xxxT (for local 7 digit dial)
