    Auto dialer

    Does ECC phone have an auto dialer type function?
    1. I need it to dip into a database containing phone numbers
    2. Call that number and play a static wave file
    3. Reports

    we use the dial.exe file to lauch the phone number froma database or from a web site. Thou everything I did was custom using scripts or AutoIT.
    We have ECC but the Dial.exe uses the call manager to dial the number.

    You can find the dial.exe online do a google search. Or I can link it for you.

      Very cool, most innovative ….I will research this option. It would seem to be a matter of a few tweaks to get this to work ECC. I mean it already has the option to make a call back and place them in a queue for an Agent to manage. It (ECC) already has IVR capabilities to access a database then to check if a number is in there and play a recording. I just need the step in the middle to dial the number and then place the announcement. Who knows maybe a feature enhancement sometime in the future?

        The ECC can do this. you need to have outdial licenses. The action is dial digits

            I am not sure if this may fit your needs but we support a product called TelxDialer

            Not so sure about building into ECC , but it is an app that you can build a list of phone numbers and play a wave file...
