Anyone have specific experience using an Ultimate Call Accounting system with a multi site ShoreTel? were you able to catch all the call records from the branches and run reports? specifically trunk group reports form branches across the WAN? Was the SMDR output via IP or a COM port?

    Appreciate any feedback.

All CDR data is stored in the HQ server's CDR database, including data from remote sites.

In case of a WAN outage, the CDR data is stored (temporarily) at the remote site and then forwarded to the HQ server once connectivity has been restored.
