Can values be written to the ShoreTel MYSQL database tables?
We're evaluating a Shoretel solution. We are interested in creating a script to pull our Account Codes/Auth Codes used for phone calls from our accounting system and pushing them into the acct code/auth code table in the ShoreTel MySQL database.
Is this possible, or is the MySQL database used by the ShoreTel protected against all writes?
