  • Trouble accessing CALL table in MySQL

From what I see online, CALL is a reserved word in MySQL. We are trying to report on the database thru a 3rd party app and can not pull from the CALL table as a result. Has anyone run into this? How does Shoretel work with CALL as a table in MySQL if it is a reserved word?

You need to quote the table name in backticks: `call`
