  • CENTRACOM Elite

I am trying to connect to a Motorola Centracom Elite to a analog port on a SG-12. The problem that I am having when i answer the call on the Motorola and I hit the flash key to get another line, the dial tone is so loud and when i press the digits on the Motorola the ShoreTel can't hear it. I have tried to increase the RX and TX gains with no help. I tried to activated hands free mode but that does not work when you hit the hook flash. I feel if I can suppress the Dial tone after I hit Hook flash, it will work.
Working...
