  • Headsets

    We have experienced an issue with headsets and the ShoreTel softphones. The softphone will continually reset to a default volume setting after each call. We are using Plantronics DSP-400 USB Headsets.
    The problem appears to be something with ShoreTel softphone. We connected the same laptop to an IP Office and had no issues with their softphone.
    We called Plantronics and they said the issue is with the softphone. Any thoughts? Thanks.
