We have had a couple of cases where inbound callers are calling in 10 minutes prior to the start of a Converged Conference. The system will take their pass code and indicate they are the first caller and then disconnect the call.
During Testing: We run the same model and the system will put the inbound caller on hold with music for up to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
Any thoughts as why they would disconnect? Shoretel support said that we should allow for early calls and set the start time 15 minutes ahead. I'm OK with that, but then why did it work in out test environment up to 30 minutes prior?
