This site was created as a place to share stories, tips, and troubleshooting help with ShoreTel/Mitel systems. Please feel free to join and share your experiences.

  • Scheduled conference sharing

Is there anyway to setup users so they can see every conference that is scheduled on the server?
(I thought about having just one login, but that eliminates the use of Instant Messages if we use them.)

It would be nice to know if anyone is overlapping their conferences, seeing as we only have a 12port setup between multiple offices.

Shared Outlook Calendars are kind of a pain to use with our MDaemon mail server, and I don't want to make people look in a seperate place before scheduling. I don't think they would.

I would also be interested in having this capability.

I am not aware of such a native function, and it can get complicated especailly if you use both scheduled and resevationless conferences. I would also be interested to hear of creative ideas to work around this.
