  • cancel, please try again

    I was able to install conference bridge and assign the DID. Everything looks fine up till you call the designated DID.

    It rings, the IVR answer's, but once I start keying the access code or press any buttons, I would

    "cancel, please try again"

    I followed the documentation given to me, but for reason I can't get the bridge to accept the code.

    Please help. Thanks

    Fix...

    Under VOIP setting G.726-32 Payload Type and RFC2833 Payload Type... input a number

    Save and Reboot

      I had this same problem and found that I needed to use the number 97 for the G.726-32 Payload type and the number 102 for the RFC2833 Payload Type.
