  • Call Recording

    Only external calls are recorded on ShoreTel's Call Recorder which is fine but when the user sets up a conference call with external parties they are not recorded. Can we force internal users to make external calls to the conference bridge?

    The conference bridge is capable of doing it's own recording, is there a reason why you don't want to use that?

      Hi Blanning we require automatic recording not on demand recording. We have looked at digit manipulation but this is not viable so when users now go to meeting rooms we have to ask them to call the external number of the bridge for the call to be recorded :-(

      Recommend another vendor for recording in future
