Maybe ShoreTel can make Web Dialer copatible with FireFox as more and more users are using this as their primary web browser.

Firefox support for Web Dialer

I agree. IE isn't the only browser out there. Support for Firefox would be a great addition to an already very useful tool.

Along with Firefox, Chrome and Opera should also be supported, they are writing in script for goodness sakes, it can't be that hard to make it cross-browser compatible.
