I think what he is asking for is the ability to change how call manager looks. Just like Windows has themes, he wants to be able to make call manager look a little different.

The Call Manager will be getting a facelift VERY soon.

That would be great to be able to change the look of it. It seems that there are going to be more features added to it as well.
