I would love to see Voice Activated dialing and the ability to click on a phone number from a web site without having to buy extra licenses. It bugs me when they release features that should be included in the base package and then charge you. One that comes to mind is the shoreware system monitor...

System monitor is OEM'ed from another company, so they'd have to charge for it since they have a direct cost.

I agree about the web dialing though... that should be included.
