  • Operator Console

How about being able to monitor all of the extension on your network. I think Operator Console only allows you to monitor 150 extensions.

We have over 600 extensions and we cant monitor all of them. Although the docs for Operator Console says something like "monitor all of the extensions in your organization"

How would a single operator monitor 600 extensions, even if the operator console would allow it?

Call presence takes up bandwidth, and while not "large" per say, if alot of those users are across a WAN, this is something to consider.
