I'd like to see the ability to program a button on a phone (or in call manager, or ideally in both..) that would be able to busy out a hunt group and display the status of the hunt group.
Currently the first part is actually available, but there is no way short actually going to the Shoreware Director to determine the busy status of the hunt group.
We have several clients where they would like to be able to use something like this be able to quickly trigger a hunt group to roll immediately to AA, rather than following it's normal call handling. For example when the entire office is going to be an afternoon training session.
