  • Effective Call Flow

I would love to have a button in Director that flow charts the effective call flow of a DID.

I produce my own flow charts trying to ensure I have all the variables in correctly. But if Director could do this it would be great. In its simplest for it would save some time. If it looked at all variables and showed exactly where calls go, or could go, it would also be a great problem solver. Some settings may not have the effect you want but its hard to spot where it goes wrong.

Could you send me an example of what this looks like?

rodriguezg, I have come across a number of people who want this, but we have not developed it yet, as no one has been willing to pay for its development. As a consulting company, we have a list of internal projects to do if we do not have work for a customer. This is on that list, but has not been completed yet.

            Hello Everyone,

If 10 people pay $1,000 we can easily create this tool.

Please email us at [email protected].

Have any of you checked out our new videos? Maximizing Shoretel... there are two of them presently.

            Sincerely,
            Bryon

Find 20 at $500 and I am in..
I can slide that thru the powers that be easier than I can $1000.

This would also be very helpful if it could work in reverse (like the ECC scripting engine) so that call flows could be flow charted and then you just have to fill in extension details. It would often be a lot easier to keep customers and especially "important people" who need to be involved from getting lost with a tool like this.
